Another Grantham landmark that used to be, what is it now a pizza take a way or some other bottom end emporium of fast food.
These shops took years to build up and a very short time to disappear, and as the saying goes “ Once it’s gone it’s gone” something that has resonance on today’s shops.
Many reasons can be attributed to the demise of the High Street but for one who remembers a bustling independent vibrant shopping scene in town I find it all very sad.
