House hunters are being granted up to £30,000 to ‘spend their way’ when purchasing selected new properties at Barratt and David Wilson Homes developments in Lincolnshire.
The limited-time deal – which is available to those who complete on a new home before Friday 30th June 2023 – enables the housebuilder’s customers to choose what they would like to put the money towards, including a contribution towards deposit, mortgage payments, or moving and running costs.
On the date of legal completion, for every £20,000 of the purchase price of the property, the developer will pay the homebuyer £1,000 to ‘spend their way’ on the three options.
For example, when purchasing a property with a price of £325,000, Barratt and David Wilson Homes will provide £16,250.
Martyn Parker, Sales Director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes North Midlands, said: “We are very excited to announce that our new deal is available across Barratt and David Wilson Homes developments in Lincolnshire.
