From 1 April 2024 sexual health services in Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire will be delivered by Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS).
The Lincolnshire service, known as Lincolnshire Integrated Sexual Health Services (LiSH), has been delivered by LCHS for over ten years. Now, following a competitive tender process, the local authorities across Greater Lincolnshire have selected LCHS as the provider of integrated sexual health services for the wider county.
Patients can still expect to have access to the same type of care and support they would have had previously and services in Northern Lincolnshire will remain in Scunthorpe and Grimsby.
For Lincolnshire patients there will be some changes to clinics and opening times. From 1 April, patients in Lincolnshire will have access to three main sexual health hubs in Lincoln, Boston and Grantham.

Friday 8am to 5pm

Further changes due over the coming months include additional appointment availability in Bourne and Spalding, which will run alongside current ‘pop up’ clinics in Louth, Gainsborough, Mablethorpe and Skegness. Please check the LiSH website for further information about appointment times and availability.
For patients in North and North East Lincolnshire, clinics and opening times will remain as follows:

Sexual health services provided by LCHS will include STI testing, contraception, emergency contraception, free condoms, pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and cervical screening.
Andrew Morgan, Group Chief Executive, LCHS and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust, said: “We have delivered sexual health services successfully in Lincolnshire for a long time and it is absolutely the bread and butter of what we do as a community health care provider. The new contracts are now giving us the chance to take on additional clinics across North and North East Lincolnshire and further strengthen our services in Lincolnshire. I very much look forward to welcoming our new colleagues from the North and North East over the coming weeks.”
