The leader of instrumental trio ‘Motif’ and of ladies singing group ‘InVoice’ Jenny Walker invites you to a couple of events in the Grantham area.
The first is a “Musical Paddock Picnic” at Aunsby on 20th August hosted by cabaret singer Lili la Scala with items also by Motif and InVoice.
The second is a concert hosted by InVoice, ‘InVoice in Person’ at Harlaxton Church on 18th September, with well-known and home-spun numbers.
Motif comprises Flute (Shelley Wilson), Violin (Jo Counsell) and Piano (Jenny Walker). InVoice is a group of 12 fine ladies (Alley Best, Beth Carter, Deborah Green, Ela Watts, Helen Watts, Kay Sutherland, Lisa Davies, Elizabeth Hesselworth, Nicci Lloyd, Pam Harrison and Sue Blair and Jenny Walker – first names will do). Between us we have a pianist (me), guitarist (Elizabeth) and bass player (Deborah). We’ve written a song book between us called “Sing It”, containing some of our compositions, and had it published at Amazon.
