Midnight fire caused by electrical fault

Grantham firefighters attended a fire on Stephenson Avenue, Gonerby Hill Foot, at midnight..

There was severe fire damage to fencing, conifers and external electrical light wiring.

It was extinguished using two hose reel jets, breathing apparatus and two thermal image cameras used to inspect.

It was caused by an electrical fault in external electrical source.
