Local swim school launches new pool thanks to ongoing business success

Puddle Ducks Lincolnshire are expanding into Bourne due to ongoing success and a strong reputation in the area.

Since opening in 2010, the swim school has experienced rapid growth by providing innovative baby and child swimming lessons and will now be expanding into a new venue, initially providing baby and preschool classes on a Wednesday morning.

They are well established at Oceans Gym in Grantham.

The swim school takes an innovative approach to swimming, employing highly trained teachers who can identify a child’s level of ability and adapt lessons and activities accordingly. Puddle Ducks also has small class sizes and incorporates rhyme and movement based on extensive child development research. Through these techniques they are able to nurture confidence and encourage natural swimming ability.

Speaking of the expansion, owner of Puddle Ducks Lincolnshire, Nicola Wilson commented: “We are delighted to announce the expansion of our services that will allow us to meet the growing demand in the area. From September, we will be offering our baby and preschool classes at a new private pool in Bourne and we are taking bookings now!”.

Nicola continued: “As we expand, our aim is to continue using the latest techniques and ensure our teaching standards remain high. Children are at the centre of what we do, and we want to continue providing a fantastic experience to suit every child’s needs.”

Jess Meakin, who is the swim teacher at the new pool said: “Bourne is a brand-new area for us and we are so excited to meet lots of local families and be able to give children in the area the opportunity to take part in our swimming lessons”.
