Incident involving Bourne boy – E-Fit Issued

Police investigating an incident in Bourne on Tuesday 2nd December when a man tried to force an 11-year-old boy into a van have issued an e-fit image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

Please note that the tattoo depicted is just an indication of the type of tattoo the man had on his face and neck.

The actual tattoo is described as ‘writing, but not English’.

Police investigations into the incident are continuing and officers are urging the public’s help in reporting anything that could assist their enquiries.

Were you in the area of North Road and Stanley Street in Bourne on Tuesday 2nd December between 8am and 8.30am? T

his would have been at the height of the ‘school run’ period, and police are hoping that someone may have seen some suspicious activity, or the van described.
