Expansion by Grantham company creates 40 new jobs

Moy Park has announced 40 new jobs are available at its Gonerby Hill Foot factory

The food company is opening the doors for new recruits  as it looks to expand its operations. A total of 40 new jobs have been created at its Grantham facility, where it produces coated products for various well-known retailers in the UK.

There will be recruitment days at the South Kesteven site on Wednesday, January 31 and Saturday, February 3 to give interested candidates a chance to learn more about and apply for positions. Stephen Kerwood, an HR business partner at the site, said the UK food sector was one of the most diverse and innovative industries to work in.

He said: “2024 is set to be an incredibly exciting year for Moy Park as we continue to invest in our people and facilities to deliver high-quality, sustainable food. With this growth and investment comes opportunities to become part of our growing team and we are thrilled to bring new jobs to the

We look forward to welcoming new team members to the site.” The recruitments at the Gonerby Road facility will run from 6pm until 8pm on the Wednesday and between 10am and 2pm on the Saturday.

The company took over what was originally Padleys, which opened in Grantham at premises formerly housing the Wolsey  clothing company factory in the 1980s.
