There’s a chance to meet the artists behind the latest F.E.A.S.T. exhibition at Caythorpe Village Hall on 20 and 21 March, from 2-4pm.
Local photographer Nisha Keshav and artist Kate Genever will be there to talk about their work over free tea and cakes.
Supported by South Kesteven District Council’s economic growth and regeneration company InvestSK, F.E.A.S.T. exhibitions are a free opportunity to engage with work by artists who live and work near to their host venues.
The series was created by sisters Kate and Liz Genever, an artist and scientist respectively but also farmers, and responds to their interest in raising awareness about rural life in an artful way.
F.E.A.S.T. which stands for Farming Environment Art Sustainability Tabled, aims to encourage debate by linking social, environmental, scientific and cultural thinking in an artful way. It began last year with a successful event at Uffington Village Hall.
