The company operated from the 1960s to the mid-1980s at Gonerby Hill Foot, in premises now occupied by Moy Park.

BUSINESS was booming at Wolsey’s factory at Gonerby Hill Foot, in 1972, when this picture was taken.
Orders for its Lombardi range of clothes was up 40 per cent up on the previous year and exports tripled in three years.
That year, deputy Prime Minister George Brown visited the factory to meet some of the 200 workforce.
Wolsey closed in the early 1980s was the factory was taken over by poultry processors G W Padley.
