The 30 new beauty halls are smaller versions of the reinvented beauty halls that can be found in 60 Boots flagship stores such as Covent Garden and The Trafford Centre in Manchester. They will feature in smaller Boots stores in towns across the country – from Burton-on-Trent, Grantham and Newport. Featuring trending zones, discovery areas and consultation spaces, the beauty halls will offer an exciting range of products including cult brands like Drunk Elephant, Fenty Beauty and MAC. The variety of beauty brands stocked by Boots continues to grow rapidly, with 65 new lines added since the start of lockdown.
Alice Rafferty, Premium Beauty Senior Buying Manager, Boots UK said: “We are so excited to be reinventing 30 of our beauty halls across towns and cities in the UK. We now have more beauty brands than anywhere else on the high street and will be shaking up our offering in these stores by introducing the likes of Drunk Elephant, MAC, NARS and Fenty making these world-famous brands even more accessible to our beauty-loving customers. From our inspirational, new-concept beauty halls to our Boots Beauty Specialists who can give expert, brand-neutral advice, we are so proud of the progress we are continuing to make.”

All Boots Beauty Specialists receive empathy training – a unique program based on brain science, human emotions and empathy – which allows them to really understand the needs of the customer. As well as getting advice, beauty lovers will also be pleased to hear that samples and testers are back, meaning they can play and experiment with new products instore again.
