Hull Trains, which operates rail services between Grantham and London, continues to hold talks with ASLEF and RMT about the 2022 pay award.
A sdpokesman said: “Following the latest round of talks on Friday, we are pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with ASLEF to call off their planned strike action on Sunday, 26th June and to continue meaningful talks.
“We are keen to reach an agreement that is acceptable to both sides and further talks will be arranged shortly.”
Hull Trains has received formal notice from the RMT of their intention to strike on Saturday, 2nd July. Discussions about calling this action off are underway and an update will be provided on this early next week.
