soundLINCS is currently seeking a Project and Development Officer to be responsible for a
series of allocated projects, programmes or services, including soundLINCS Lincolnshire
wide UpBEAT! music service devoted to supporting mental health and wellbeing through
Music, which is the perfect way to boost mental wellbeing, connect with others and try out
new skills.
Working with the CEO and Project Development Manager to ensure the delivery
of the Company’s annual work programme enabling soundLINCS to remain at the forefront
of community music development locally, regionally and nationally.
The postholder will ensure the delivery is on time, to budget, and of the highest quality of
performance, within the most effective and efficient model.
They will also work alongside the Project and Development Manager to identify and develop soundLINCS, seeking opportunities to grow the programmes and pursue funding from appropriate sources.
The successful candidate will have a solid experience of project management, including
responsibility for budgets, performance, directing and managing people, and effective
stakeholder management. They will be a creative thinker and planner with an analytical
approach to problem solving alongside knowledge of agile/lean tools.
This is an exciting, full-time post to develop opportunities for the delivery, development
and growth of the soundLINCS service in this pivotal role supporting community music
provision in the region.
The salary for this position will be in the range of £24,000 – £27,000 dependent on
experience.
