60-year-old arrested for cannabis farming

The Neighbourhood Policing Team has taken action following community intelligence that cannabis was being grown at a property in Colsterworth.

The team carried out a search of the property and found plants being grown in a garage, and that the electricity meter had been tampered with. The premises was made safe by Western Power.

A 60-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.
