
soundLINCS is throwing a party on 1 September to celebrate 25 years of implementing community music-making projects across Lincolnshire. As the charity completes a quarter of a century, the soundLINCS Annual Conference is going to be a whistle-stop tour through the memories of unleashing potential through music.
The celebration of the last 25 years of soundLINCS is scheduled to take place at Lincoln’s prestigious Bishop Grosseteste University on Friday 1 September.
Over the years, soundLINCS has built a national and international reputation for delivery and training work around Musical Inclusion. However, as a learning organisation they never stop learning. So, alongside looking back through the jam-packed archives, soundLINCS are delighted to welcome Paul Fitzgerald* to share his expertise and lead an interesting session that is extremely relevant to today’s inclusion aspirations in society.
Formed in 1998 to enhance, enable and encourage music-making throughout Lincolnshire communities, soundLINCS is a not-for-profit , project funded, community music organisation operating across the East Midlands and wider. Working in partnership with local, regional and national organisations, soundLINCS provides and develops high quality and innovative music-making opportunities and training for all ages and communities.
