On Monday afternoon police attended a property in Cambridge Street, Grantham and found a substance believed to be cocaine.
Boys aged 15 and 16 were at the property along with a 43-year-old man. All were arrested on suspicion of being involved in the supply of a Class A drug.
The 15-year-old was found in possession of this machete.
Detective Inspector Andrew Wright-Lakin said: “We will always act when we believe a property is being used for an illegal activity.
“We continue to remove as many weapons as we possibly can from Grantham and the wider county under Operation Raptor – our force’s ongoing drive to take them out of circulation.
“By doing so we reduce the chances of them being used to incite fear, create violence or in other crimes including those involving drugs.”
They have been released on bail and officers continue to investigate this case.
