Speed checks in Grantham over Christmas

PCSO’s have been carrying out speed checks in and around Grantham as a result of complaints from the local community.

Over the last two days numerous vehicles have been stopped.

Tickets have been issued for excess speed and drivers have been spoken to. Gonerby Hill was noted as particularly bad with several drivers exceeding 40mph in the 30 limit close to the primary school.

Please watch your speed and be mindful that Neighbourhood Officers will be out conducting speed checks over the Christmas period.
