Fantastic photo full of atmosphere, the obelisk had changed and in several decades time ”Dave” will be parking his sandwich van in that spot but all those people in that photo would never realise that.
Imagine what they would say if they came back to see it now.

It’s really strange to see a photo from that far back, because the building on the far left that has a post office sign above it used to be my family’s fish and chip shop aka Robinson’s in 1985/6 . My bedroom was the top right window .
