The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant Sarah Ward of Grantham has received both Gold Champion Award and the One Award at their annual convention this year.
The Gold Champion award recognised her for personal business growth and the One Award for helping mentor her team and grow their businesses in the Lincolnshire area.
“I was so proud to receive both awards on stage. It just confirms that I am helping my clients and team succeed in their goals.”
Sarah has been a consultant offering one-to-one support since 2010 after successfully losing four stone in four months. The plan is tailored to suit each individual person’s need taking into account their medical and lifestyle, each person is then provided with the products and techniques they need to follow it.
“I had tried many weight loss plans in the past and this is the only one that has taught me about my poor eating habits, portion sizes and how to maintain my loss,” said Sarah. “The one to one support is unique as I didn’t have time for group classes with leading a busy lifestyle with 3 children. I also wanted to see quick results to keep me motivated”
Sarah also helps others become business owners by introducing them to the opportunities a Consultant offers and bringing them in to her team.
The awards included a seat on the plane to an all-expenses paid holiday to Lake Como next year, a Gucci bracelet, Michael Kors Watch, a new set of scales and a VIP champagne event.
Sarah has worked hard to push the
brand to become more well-known and in the past year opened her office on Westgate. She resigned from her civil service job in February 2015 to pursue a career as a consultant full time. “I now have the time to fully support my clients and offer mentoring to my team. I can offer them the extra help when they need it most.”
