Two Texel lambs have been stolen overnight, Monday 29 to Tuesday 30 July, from a field in Heckington,.
Police are asking for the communities help to find them and for any information that will assist in our investigation.
The lambs were tagged, the numbers are UK047178100028 and UK017178100030.
As with most things that are stolen the owner is devastated and we are trying our best to locate them.
If you have been offered these lambs for sale or have any credible knowledge of where they may be please contact our control room on 101 quoting incident 109 of today.
The location of this offence is near to the village of Asgarby between Kirkby La Thorpe and Heckington.. on the A17
If you see any small numbers of sheep turning up in unusual areas like someone’s garden, allotment or paddock. Someone who DOES NOT usually have sheep then please report this on 101 or on lone asking for RCAT TO BE NOTIFIED.
