Recruitment business celebrates 10 years in Grantham

February 28, 2025 Leave a Comment

RecruitME, a Grantham based recruitment company, is proud to celebrate its 10-year anniversary on 2nd March 2025.

Over the past decade, the company has grown into a trusted partner for businesses and job seekers across Grantham, East Midlands and beyond, providing expert recruitment solutions across various industries.

Founded in Grantham in 2015 by two veterans, RecruitME was established with a mission to connect top talent with outstanding employers while maintaining a strong focus on integrity, inclusivity, and exceptional service.

As a veteran-owned Grantham business and ex-military recruitment expert, the company has a particular passion for supporting former service personnel in their transition to civilian careers.  Since its inception, the company has helped thousands of professionals find rewarding careers and supported businesses in building high-performing teams, including many service leavers and veterans.

RecruitME is a strong advocate for the Armed Forces Covenant and holds the Gold Award in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme, demonstrating its commitment to supporting veterans and their families.

Gareth Davies MP, Member of Parliament for Grantham and Bourne, shared his congratulations: “It has been wonderful to work with and do what I can to support the excellent team at RecruitME over the years, and I congratulate the whole team on their tenth anniversary. They provide an excellent service to businesses in our area and further afield, and I know that they are invaluable, especially to the veterans they have helped, who have now been able to put their valued skills into practice again after the end of their service to our country.”

Karen Bradford, CEO on behalf of South Kesteven District Council (SKDC), also shared her thoughts.

“RecruitME has carved itself a distinct, successful and commendable role in our united support for defence. We share Gold Award status under the Armed Forces Covenant Defence Employer Recognition Scheme and, as such, have benefitted from the support of RecruitME over the last ten years.

Recruiting ex-military to our own workforce and highlighting the value of skills gained in service to the wider district is a continued ambition of South Kesteven District Council. We certainly appreciate what our military veterans add to the council. The company’s expertise in identifying and attracting ex-services talent to suit civilian employers’ needs is second to none, and we wish RecruitME continued success in the next ten years!”

Looking ahead, RecruitME remains committed to innovation and excellence in recruitment, continuing to adapt to the evolving job market and providing tailored solutions for both employers and job seekers.
