Play against The Apprentice star Sabrina Stocker

July 5, 2019 by Grantham Matters Leave a Comment

The Apprentice ‘Final Five’ star Sabrina Stocker will be at Grantham Tennis Club & Gym on Saturday 20 July to give a FREE talk, take part in a Q+A session, lead a Cardio Tennis session and run a family tennis tournament.
Fans of The Apprentice, budding entrepreneurs, and tennis lovers, do not miss this event!

From 1pm, Stocker will give a FREE talk about her time on the popular BBC One show, where she reached the semi-final as one of the youngest contestants at 22 years old. She will also speak about her business experience so far as founder and owner of My Tennis Events, which she set up at only 14 years old. This is your chance to ask any burning questions and receive advice on setting up your own business and making it a success.

Following the talk will be the Cardio Tennis session, at the cost of £7 per person, that’s designed to burn 600+ calories and average around 7000 steps! No tennis experience is required, and with music playing in the background, the session is a great, fun workout. Head down and test yourself.

The afternoon will finish with the family doubles tournament, at the cost of £8 per pair, with tennis prizes and goodies to be won.
Stocker’s visit is open to all – both members and non-members of the club – so speak to a friend or family member and come down together.

The club is located on Gonerby Road in Grantham and has excellent facilities including four indoor courts, a gym, a café and bar, Exhale Treatment rooms, and even an art gallery.
