Holy hell, lots of fancy talk about what will happen and the marvellous facilities that will be created. Ask yourself this do you honestly think that it will materialise?
Garden village with green spaces, that is until some developer wants to build even more houses on the site, Garden Village is just another spin word for vast sprawling housing estate., of houses that the young can’t and never will be able to afford. It’s OK building houses to say your meeting the government quota but build ones the young can aspire to own, you might be doing some good, but to build just to meet quotas that’s morally wrong.
4000 houses how many extra people? How many extra cars? Where are all these lucky people going to work, the town will become a total mess it hasn’t got a road infrastructure that’s fit for purpose now, but the planners and the brains think otherwise.
