No way to treat a young teen

Tilly is 14 and she went to Lincoln on the bus to meet her friends.

When it was time to come home she waited at the bus station for her bus.

When it arrived everyone got on, but she turned to wave to her friends and the driver closed the doors.

She knocked on the door because she thought he hadn’t seen her and he smiled and waved and drove off.

I phoned Stagecoach who said once the doors were closed the driver couldn’t open them because of health and safety.

They said they would have a word with the driver.

What sort of moron does that?
