The NHS Trust that delivers specialist mental health, dementia, learning disabilities and autism services across Lincolnshire is seeking a new Non-Executive Director to join its Board, after Sharon Robson moves to a new role with the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB).
Sharon, who has been a Non-Executive Director at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) since 2019, will be joining the Board of NHS Lincolnshire ICB as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 14 August, taking on a broader role within Lincolnshire’s health and care system.
With Sharon’s departure, LPFT is recruiting for her replacement and is seeking suitably experienced candidates who are interested in finding out more.
The Trust is particularly looking for someone who has a clinical background, with substantial senior or board level experience, within a complex organisation. Someone who can help steer the organisation over the next three years with its ambitions for people with mental health problems, dementia, learning disabilities and autistic people in the county.
