Yet another downturn on the High Street, The Post Office has systematically been shrinking for a long time, they may “Big up” the reasons why they are closing the main Post Office counters but reality is PROFIT. They may say that customer footfall has dropped but their answer to that is reduce the outlets instead of thinking of how they can entice customers into the Post Office branches. Just another British institution going to the wall by poor, profit orientated management.
That says nothing about how the public will suffer in poorer service , but time will tell
