It is set in the eerie Mannakin Graveyard filled with discarded figures and unsettling body parts
An interactive Halloween event in Lincolnshire will transport participants into the heart of a horror film. Mannakin Hall in Fulbeck, an eerie and unique venue home to 15,000 mannequins, will host ‘The Brain Float Retreat’ on Saturday, October 26.
The one-night-only event is an immersive and interactive experience and promises to be the ‘most grotesque yet’ following previous years. The audience will become part of the action, joining the cast in a live narrative that blends performance and film.
Participants will help shape the night’s story and their performances will be immortalised in a professionally filmed horror short, a scene where AI took over and it all went wrong. Roz Edwards, director at Mannakin Ltd said: “It’s a thrilling way for people to celebrate Halloween in a way they’ve never imagined—by starring in their own horror movie, with the narrative a little bit too close to reality.”
Doors open at 7pm and close at 11pm, with limited spots available for those brave enough. Tickets and more information can be found on the Mannakin website. The event is for over 18s only and food and drink will be available at the venue.
