Funhouse Comedy Club is back at the Guildhall Arts Centre Ballroom on Thursday
November 28th for another night full of laughter.
Topping the bill is Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year 2018 and finalist in
British Comedian of the Year 2022, the cheeky Jack Gleadow, hailing from Hull and
claiming to have illegitimate Chuckle Brothers heritage, he is one of the most unique
performers on the UK comedy circuit today.
Opening the night will be Alun Cochrane who has appeared on numerous TV shows
including Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Russell Howard’s Good News,
Mock The Week and Coronation Street; as well as featuring on several BBC Radio
shows, including co-hosting The Frank Skinner Show on Absolute Radio. With his
unique gift for storytelling, he draws the audience in before dropping an inimitable
punchline, leaving them in tears of laughter.
Also appearing is the incredibly funny cutlery sage Ian Crawford, with his unique
safety advice.
Compere for the night is the amiable and animated Spiky Mike.
