House hunters with full-time work commitments in Lincolnshire will soon have the chance to visit two local developments after hours, as David Wilson Homes is extending its opening time on a selected date.
The Willows in Bourne and Pastures Place in Corby Glen will both remain open until 7pm on Thursday 18th September.
The developments – which currently feature a range of three and four bedroom properties, plus five bedroom homes at Pastures Place – will be open from 10am as usual on this date.
The evening session is designed for those who cannot visit during the usual working day.
Rachael Harrison, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes East Midlands, said:
“We know many people struggle to find time around their work and family commitments, so this evening opening is a great way for house hunters to visit us at a time that works better for them.
“Our team will be on hand to provide advice, talk through the buying journey, and offer tours of the homes at the developments.”
David Wilson Homes is also reminding prospective buyers that qualifying key workers can make use of its Key Worker Deposit Contribution scheme. This initiative offers an additional £1,000 towards every £20,000 of a home’s purchase price, up to a maximum contribution of £25,000, helping to boost deposits for workers across a range of essential sectors.

David Wilson Homes’ communities are built with location in mind. Bourne and Corby Glen both benefit from good transport links, local amenities, and access to countryside, making them attractive options for growing families and commuters alike.
