Landmark opening of local Community Diagnostic Centre expansion

Gareth Davies MP opened the new expansion to Grantham’s Community Diagnostic Centre on Gonerby Road, on Friday.

He said: “It was a very exciting afternoon at Grantham’s Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) as we opened the new extension, creating a permanent home for their CT,  MRI, and DEXA scanners.

With the centre itself opening only in 2022, I’m so pleased that our area continues to build on the success it has had already, taking pressure off our hospital and bringing down local waiting lists.

Our innovative CDC and its wonderful staff are having a huge positive impact across our whole area, and I am determined to see it continue to go from strength-to-strength!”
