Irresponsible, lazy dog owner

To the irresponsible, lazy dog owner who can’t be bothered to pick up your dog’s mess on Langdale Crescent.

If I catch you I will report you and hopefully you will be fined the maximum £1,000 fine.

There are now two lots of dog mess on the pavement within several feet, I wonder if it is the same dog/person responsible.

You know who you are, you should not be allowed to keep a dog if you can’t be bothered to pick up its mess. How would you like it if someone let their dog pooh outside your house.

A lot of schoolchildren walk along the crescent so your irresponsiblity can have an impact on them .
