The Thinker says
What we have in this country is a lottery in regard to finding a NHS dentist most of whom have gravitated over to the private sector because they can make more money. The government doesn’t help the situation by underfunding. If a dentist has been trained in this country then he/she should be made to complete at least 5 years NHS work and then at least 60% of work taken on after that should be NHS.
Children should be seen by any dentist for free.
The government needs to get its act together and start making the NHS a profession that people actually want to work for in this country.
Too many managers and not enough people doing the job.
