The Burlesque Chair Dance is no ordinary fitness class, as not only are you encouraged to have fun, but also to be cheeky and embrace your inner sex goddess.
And it’s coming to Grantham.
It already popular in Lincolnshire, with classes in Louth, Lincoln, Saxilby , Spalding and Sleaford -where it is run by oinstructor, Alisha Leggott, who goes by the burlesque alter-ego D’Lish.
And D’Lish will be running the Grantham classes at the Sir Isaac Newton pub ‘s function room, on High Street.
They will meet every Monday starting the 1st August, 6:45-7:45pm, and it is £5 per class pay as you go 😊 to get in touch there is a form link they can fill in Form link:

D’Lish said: “I’m not gonna lie, I don’t make much money doing this, but the reason I started teaching after participating for five years is that there aren’t enough classes in Lincolnshire.
“I missed participating so much, that I started my own classes, and now, I mostly do it because I just love seeing the impact it has had on peoples lives.
“It’s amazing how something so simple can really make a difference 🥰 they walk in all coy and shy, and strut out like they own the place!
“After a few weeks of classes they start to just strut in! It makes me so happy and proud.
Dear God what next, if people want to get fit try walking or cycling anything to raise the heart rate, eat less crap and junk food and drink less alcohol. That takes a little will power and determination.
