Hannah sadly passed away at Belvoir House Care Home on 30th December 2024 aged 95 years.
Hannah was a much loved Mum to Stephen, Lesley and Kevin and will be sadly missed by all of her Family and friends.
An Auxiliary Nurse when she was younger, Hannah worked at both Hillview Hospital and Grantham Hospital on the geriatric wards.
Until late in her life, Hannah was actively involved supporting and volunteering for Church run groups including Mother and Baby sessions, as well as providing support at a local club for people affected by a stroke.
Funeral service to take place at Grantham Crematorium on Thursday 23rd January 2025 at 10:30am.
Donations in memory of Hannah are being collected for the work of Grantham Church of the Ascension and can be given on the day.
