The Collective Band are a group from Grantham, they came together from different walks of life in hope to bring musical styles and people together with their music, it features Craig Featherstone who is known for busking on the Grantham High Street daily.
The band was formed back in 2015 off the back of a media channel called collective media created by Aaron Wyles and Alper Hozier.
After winning a competition to perform at a local festival the band was formed featuring Toby Winter on drums, Gav Barratt on bass, Jordan Hankins and Christopher Moore on guitars. Since 2015 the band have been actively performing at shows and festivals the biggest one being Lakefest on a line up with the likes of Razorlight, Seasick Steve. The band have just released their debut album Organised Chaos, with artwork shot in Grantham at Dave’s Time Machine record shop.
Along with music videos produced by The Three Lancers , a local film crew created by Jake Bentley and Michael Harrison.
The recent music video (Rules For Life) shot on Manthorpe estate, doing a relay race with the new album all the way to Dave’s record shop is well worth a watch
