Delia Corol, Ph.D., a scientist, marketer, and author, is excited to announce the release of her latest
book, “It’s not your fault. How to ride the waves of redundancy, survive and thrive”, a practical and
empowering guide designed to help individuals navigate the emotional and professional challenges of redundancy.

Having experienced redundancy three times herself, Delia understands the emotional turmoil,
uncertainty, and pressure that come with job loss. Her personal journey inspired her to create this
comprehensive guide for those facing similar experiences.

“It’s not your fault. How to Ride the
Redundancy Waves” provides readers with actionable strategies for overcoming the setbacks of redundancy, building resilience, and thriving in the face of adversity.

Delia’s professional background as a Ph.D. in Biology and her extensive career as a chemist, scientist, and marketer lend a unique perspective to her work. She combines personal insights with practical advice on how to refocus, rebuild, and emerge stronger from the redundancy experience.

“I know how isolating and overwhelming redundancy can feel,” says Delia. “My goal in writing this book is to provide not only practical guidance but also emotional support for anyone going through the uncertainty of job loss. I want readers to know they are not alone, and with the right mindset and tools, they can come out stronger and more prepared for the next chapter of their careers.”

In addition to her professional work, Delia is a dedicated mother who writes children’s books for her son, showcasing her versatility and passion for storytelling.

“It’s not your fault. How to Ride the Redundancy Wave, Survive and Thrive” is available now on Amazon and it’s free to download on 13 and 14th September 2024. .
