Grantham Town Pre-Season Fixtures

Paul Rawden and Russ Cousins have confirmed The Gingerbreads’ pre-season fixture list.

Paul explained the list “We’ve given ourselves fixtures which are going to test the squad. They all should be competitive enough for us to see what a player can do for us. You find out a lot more from a player during a match situation than any training session. This is what pre-season is all about. It’s making sure when the league kicks off in August we’re fit and ready. Pre-season allows us to ensure that the squad will know their jobs within the team.”

In the Lincolnshire Senior Cup, we will visit the winners of Grimsby Town and Gainsborough Trinity in the Quarter Final. This will be played before the 3rd of August.

Saturday 20th July has been kept free for a potential South Kesteven Cup tie.
