Work to improve some of Grantham’s busiest routes has now finished, Lincolnshire County Council has confirmed.
The council says the improvements will help provide smoother, more reliable journeys for residents, businesses and visitors.

The work included:
- Rebuilding sections of the A607/B1174 junction and the A52/A607 Grantham Gyratory
- Refurbishing traffic signals
- Drainage improvements
- Improvements to road ironwork

Around 1,500 tonnes of new road-building material was laid across the two sites, which the council says will improve the condition of these routes and reduce the need for more disruptive repairs in future.
The council has thanked everyone who travelled through the area and supported local businesses while the work was under way.
