Grantham MP takes to tennis

Grantham MP Gareth Davies had the delight of returning to visit the Grantham Tennis Club following its recent award.

He said: “After our very own Grantham Tennis Club was crowned a national winner at the LTA Tennis Awards I had to stop by to congratulate the team for such a fantastic achievement!

They were specifically recognised for their efforts to boost tennis participation and support the local community, winning national Club of the Year!

The club runs specialist sessions for those with mental health issues and weekly drop-in sessions for people with wheelchair and learning disabilities. They are an important part of our community and are now rightly recognised nationally!”
