Grantham homebuyers could save thousands this March as Linden Homes launches a new incentive campaign at its Kings Newton development.
Throughout the month, buyers can access flexible packages worth up to £25,000, helping with deposits, stamp duty, mortgage contributions or other moving costs. Upsizers can also benefit from the All-Inclusive Home Exchange scheme, with Linden Homes buying their existing property, covering estate agency fees and paying stamp duty on the new home.
The initiative is already delivering results. Recent buyers Holly McCarthy, Sam McGurgan and Paul McCarthy used Home Exchange to secure their new five-bedroom home in just 11 weeks, with Paul avoiding agent fees and the stress of a property chain.
With enquiries rising following the recent rate cut, Linden Homes says the campaign is designed to give buyers practical support and confidence to make their move.
