Coversure Grantham Welcomes Its New Owner

Coversure Grantham are delighted to announce their takeover by Andy Price, owner of Coversure Hull.  In what represents an exciting development for the town’s leading independent insurance broker, from the 1^st July the offices will come together to the benefit of customers and staff alike.

No Change…

Coversure Grantham was founded in 1999 by franchise holder, Janice Smith.  Through her combination of extensive insurance knowledge and her commitment to providing her customers with a high quality, personalised service, the business thrived.  Today it is widely regarded as one of Lincolnshire’s leading independent brokers with a loyal clientele that is served by Janice and her team.

Andy’s takeover of the business obviously represents quite a change and, as outlined below, he has some ambitious plans for it.  Many things will be remaining the same though.  Most significantly Janice will remain with the business for the next two years in the role of Office Manager.  This will doubtless come as a relief to her clients, and she will be an invaluable aid to Andy as he seeks to implement his plans.   The other members of the team, Sue and Paul, will also be staying on too.

The offices at Lindpet House, Conduit Lane, Grantham will remain open as usual.   Like Janice, Andy is a firm believer in offering a friendly, personalised service that’s accessible to all.  So, why many brokers are retreating from the high street in favour of online-only service, Coversure Grantham will remain open to give you all the insurance help and advice you need.

Of course, when any business gets a new owner so some change is inevitable.  Happily, in this case the changes afoot are all positive and will bring real benefits to Coversure Grantham’s customers.

Being part of a bigger group means that the office will be able to extend and strengthen its range of services.  The office has a well-deserved reputation for a wide range of covers – everything from taxi and liability insurance to car and property protection.  Andy, with his specialisms in landlord, truck and fleet insurance for small businesses, will bring a raft of fresh expertise that will allow us to protect more of what matters to you. 

He will also bring even more insurer relationships with him which will mean that when we come to search for your cover, we’ll have an even wider choice and will be able to deliver even greater value.
