July 8, 2026 Leave a Comment

With less than a month to go until Grantham’s second Bike Night, the music and entertainment, exhibitors and participants can now be confirmed.

The event takes place on Thursday 6th August, from 5pm-9pm, in Grantham Market Place and the surrounding streets.

South Kesteven District Council is hosting an evening packed with live music, big sounds and brilliant performances, as the town welcomes four fantastic acts to the stage.

  • From 5pm – Wild Summer: A high-energy rock and pop covers band bringing crowd favourites
  • From 6pm – Velvet: An alternative shoegaze rock band
  • From 7pm – D!abla: A Grantham-based five-piece serving up well-known rock and pop covers
  • From 8pm – Band From County Hell: A Celtic folk-rock band bring their energetic blend

Cabinet Member for Culture and Leisure, Cllr Paul Stokes, who is also the council’s Deputy Leader, said:

“This great live music lineup will provide the perfect focus and an ideal soundtrack to the evening’s displays and events.

“Last year’s event had such a great atmosphere and we’re on track to make this second bike event another unforgettable experience as we know visitors come from far and wide to share their machines, knowledge and camaraderie.

“As well as rows of precious, gleaming bikes, if last year was anything to go by we’ll have plenty of singing, dancing and a brilliant atmosphere, so I’d recommend getting along if you can.”

Key exhibitors include motorcycle retailer Moto GB, sales and restoration experts Motorcycle Reclamation, Lincolnshire Emergency Blood Bikes, Advanced Motorcycle Safety trainers and Lincolnshire Police Cadets.

Confirmed visiting bike clubs helping the event go with a swing are Triumph III Owners, Wrinkly Rideouts and the Trail Riders Fellowship.

This is a public event open to everyone – whether you’re a biker, an enthusiast, or simply looking for a great evening out, come along, join in and enjoy a summer evening!

Entry is free. Please be guided on parking by the event wardens on the night.
