Get a free health MOT!

During March, One You Lincolnshire will be offering free health checks at various community hubs across Lincolnshire.

They will check your:

• height
• weight
• blood pressure 
• carbon monoxide reading

Plus, they will chat with you about how their free programmes can support your health and wellbeing. Each session runs from 10am to 1pm. There’s no appointment needed – just drop in!
