LAUGHTER IN GRANTHAM
Funhouse Comedy Club brings another great line-up of comedians to Grantham
Railway Social Club, on Thursday April 24th.

Topping the bill is the international award winning Scottish comedian Ray Bradshaw,
who has supported John Bishop and Frankie Boyle on tour and is the first comedian
to ever win a Scottish Culture Award. His hilarious standup style leaves audiences in
tears of laughter and his off-the-cuff jokes have the power to make anyone’s day a
bit brighter.

Opening the night will be actor, writer and stand-up the optimistic and exuberant
Laura Lexx, who has appeared on ‘Live at the Apollo’, with her delightfully funny take
on things. She immediately charms everyone with her quick quips and is happy to
discuss anything. Her distinctive style is fantastically offbeat and hilarious, as well as
both cheeky and charming, delivering even her sarcasm and irony with a sparkly
grin.
Also appearing is English Comedian Of The Year and ‘So You Think You’re Funny
Finalist’, the dead pan Tom Taylor. His unique brand of musical comedy is smart and
silly in equal measure and he boasts an impressive stock of quirky, and very funny,
musical one-liners.
Completing the line-up will be Mandy McCarthy with her mixture of gags, stories of
family life and the joys of getting older
Compere for the night is the cheerful and energetic Spiky Mike.
