At SoundLincs, we’ve been redefining community music for years. We’re a charity devoted to
creating truly inclusive music-making opportunities that celebrate diversity and empower
people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. From innovative workshops to transformative
projects, we design every initiative to resonate with our participants’ unique needs.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking experienced and passionate music leaders who:
- Are full of creativity and confidence in using music as a participatory tool.
- Excel in communication and connecting with diverse audiences.
- Are motivated to work in areas such as:
· Mental Health
· Social Reform and Secure Settings
· Alternative Education
· Looked After Children
· Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

· Develop your workshop practice within a collaborative and expert team
