A brand new Hobbycraft concession is opening at Grantham’s British Garden Centre (formerly Downtown Garden Centre) this Friday, bringing a 1,862 sq ft craft space to the site.
The store opens on Friday 17th April at 9am, stocking a wide range of craft supplies including baking, art, papercraft, knitting, sewing, kids’ crafts, jigsaws and model making.
To mark the launch, Hobbycraft is holding a free Grand Opening event on Saturday 18th April from 9am to 1pm. The first 50 customers through the door will receive a free goody bag, there will be face painting for families, and one lucky visitor could win a Cricut Joy 2 via a Golden Ticket.
The new store is part of a partnership between Hobbycraft and British Garden Centres, the UK’s largest family-owned garden centre group, which operates over 70 sites nationwide.
Darren Kay, Retail Director at Hobbycraft, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to be opening at Grantham Garden Centre. This new location offers a wonderful opportunity to introduce our range of crafts and hobbies in a vibrant new setting.”
