
MJ Fitness, founded by Michelle Jasinski, is celebrating its second anniversary, with a total of 270 classes completed and a growing supportive community focused on fitness.
Michelle knows it can feel intimidating walking into a commercial gym or joining a large class where you’re unsure of what to do and feel like you’re being watched.

That’s why, in January 2023, she began offering personalized 1:1 PT sessions and small group classes at her home. These sessions cater to all levels, featuring beginner-friendly workouts using strength and functional equipment, circuits, and outdoor boot camps.
