Fire on Harrowby Lane

Fire crews from Grantham and Sleaford attended a house on Harrowby Lane, Grantham, at about 8pm last night, to a property fire.

Severe damage by fire to upstairs bedroom and moderate damage by smoke to remainder of first floor.

Crews used six breathing apparatus, two hosereel jets and two thermal imaging cameras.

Part of Harrowby Lane was closed during the process.
