DRAGONFLY DAY Saturday 19th July 11 am to 3 pm Queen Elizabeth Park, Grantham
A chance to learn more about these fascinating creatures – of which there are several species flying around the ponds and river banks.
Some Dragonfly related crafts; and pond dipping – a chance to examine what lurks in the water of the ponds
There will also be a chance to look at the different varieties of plants in and around the ponds.
This event will be free but donations will be gratefully accepted.
They will be assisted by a volunteer at the British Dragonfly Society
