Developer invites homebuyers across Lincolnshire to January events

January 10, 2026 Leave a Comment

Allison Homes Central is inviting local homebuyers to a series of exclusive events across four Lincolnshire developments this January, giving visitors the chance to explore a range of available homes and learn more about the housebuilder’s schemes designed to make moving easier.

Buyers will be able to explore selected plots, speak with the sales teams and discover the support packages Allison Homes Central offers to help secure a new home in 2026.

At Beaufort Gardens in Market Deeping, buyers can explore a choice of spacious three and four bedroom homes designed for growing families and those in need of more room. The development will host an event on 10th and 11th January, where visitors can learn more about moving with Part Exchange.

The scheme offers a simple, chain-free route into a new home by allowing Allison Homes Central to act as the guaranteed buyer of the customer’s existing property, removing estate agent fees and reducing the uncertainty that often delays a move.

Selected plots at Beaufort Gardens also come with a £15,000 rewards package*, making it an ideal option for households ready to take their next step.

Chapel Gate, located in the village of Moulton Chapel near Spalding, offers a modern collection of three and four bedroom homes that are well suited to buyers looking for more space. A Part Exchange weekend will also take place here on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th January, giving visitors the chance to view selected plots and find out how they can use Part Exchange to upsize smoothly.

On selected plots at Chapel Gate, Stamp Duty will also be paid, helping to reduce the upfront cost of moving into a larger home and making the development particularly attractive for those who want a stress-free move in the new year.

Two further Lincolnshire developments will also be welcoming buyers to Deposit Match weekends later in the month. Frampton Gate, which features a range of two, three and four bedroom homes ideal for first time buyers, couples and growing families, will host its event on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th January.

Manthorpe Chase, also offering a selection of well-designed two, three and four bedroom homes on the edge of Grantham, will follow on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th January.

During both weekends, visitors can learn how the housebuilder’s Friends and Family Deposit Match scheme can make securing a new home more affordable. If a loved one contributes up to five per cent of the property value towards a buyer’s deposit, Allison Homes Central will match that contribution, enabling buyers to move forward with a 10 per cent deposit and benefit from more favourable mortgage rates.

Kelly Toms, Sales and Marketing Director at Allison Homes Central, said: “We are pleased to be hosting a series of January events across Lincolnshire, each designed to help buyers move with confidence in the new year.

“Whether they are looking to upsize, secure a better deposit or enjoy the certainty of a chain-free move, our teams will be on hand to guide them through their options and help them take the next step towards a new home.”
